What is REAL Primary Care?
REAL Primary Care is a membership practice. Instead of billing insurance, you pay us directly through a flat monthly fee. That one change is what buys the time back. It pays for longer appointments, a panel small enough that your provider knows you, and a visit spent on the whole picture instead of the one complaint that fit the slot.
Who This Is Built For
REAL Primary Care is an adult practice, built for people who would rather get ahead of things than react to them. We do not provide pediatric care, and if you are managing something complex that needs specialist oversight, we will say so at the start rather than serve you badly.

How REAL's Membership Works
Membership works the same way every month. You pay a flat fee directly to the practice, which takes away the billing pressure that makes visits short. In return you get scheduled comprehensive care, sick visits when you need them, and a direct line to your provider in between.
